Membership

Membership in the Association is voluntary with annual dues of only $50 a year. Thank you for your interest in joining CKHA. Your support is essential to our neighborhood’s high standards.

  • Covenant monitoring and enforcement
  • Represent our neighborhood at public hearings regarding zoning, planning, development, safety and other local and county issues
  • Ensure public area maintenance is completed by Jefferson County

    The base amount for dues is $50 per year and there is a $3 processing fee for using PayPal. Donations to make Columbine Knolls a better place to live are also accepted. Any amount over $53.00 will be considered a donation.
